How to Care for Your Smile Daily and Long-Term
Proper maintenance is essential to protect your investment in Vitality full-mouth implant teeth. Just like natural teeth, implant-supported bridges require daily cleaning and periodic professional care to prevent complications such as gum inflammation, infection, or bone loss.

Daily Care for Your Full-Mouth Implant Teeth
Brush Twice a Day
Use a soft-bristled toothbrush and non-abrasive toothpaste to gently brush your Vitality Teeth at least twice a day. Focus on brushing in small circular motions, making sure to clean thoroughly along the gum line.
Tip: Electric toothbrushes are fine — as long as they are soft and used gently.
Use a Water Flosser (Waterpik)
Daily use of a Waterpik helps remove plaque, bacteria, and food particles from areas that your toothbrush can't reach — especially beneath your implant bridge.
Stimulate the Gums
A rubber-tip gum stimulator can be used to gently trace along the gum line to dislodge trapped debris and encourage healthy blood flow in the gum tissue. This helps prevent infections or irritation around the base of your implant bridge.

Periodic Professional Care
Regular Cleanings — 3 Times Per Year
At Vitality, we recommend professional cleanings every 4 months (3 times per year). Even the most diligent at-home care can't remove all hardened plaque (calculus) under your implant bridge.
These areas are not accessible with a toothbrush or water flosser.
Only a trained implant hygiene specialist can safely clean beneath the bridge without damaging the implants or prosthetic materials.
