If your jawbone doesn't currently have enough structure to support implants, a preliminary bone building procedure (implant site preparation) comes first. This adds an intermittent stage before continuing onto Stage 2.

STAGE 2
Surgery & Temporary Teeth
Implants are placed in a single visit, and you leave the same day with temporary teeth. Behind the scenes, your surgical and prosthetic doctors already planned this together, like an architect and builder working from the same blueprint, so the implant positions and your final teeth design fit seamlessly.
STAGE 3
Final Teeth
After your bone has healed and fully integrated with the implants (usually several months), your prosthetic dentist fits and adjusts your final custom teeth for a perfect bite and smile. This is where the fun, artistic touches come to life, giving you a one-of-a kind smile you can't wait to show off.

2. We’ll take 3-dimensional x-ray of your jaws and photos of your mouth and existing teeth as our baseline record. Then we use our advanced computer program to virtually design and plan your new vitality teeth.
3. We welcome any 3D imaging done by other providers and old photos of the patient smiling, so we can recapture their natural smile characteristics.
4. Precise impressions (molds) will be made to help us plan your perfect Vitality teeth — in both function and form.

This advanced planning allows us to place each implant in the ideal location, accounting for your bone structure, nerve positioning, and sinus cavities. It minimizes surprises and maximizes safety.

Stage 2: Dental Implant Surgery & Temporary Teeth
From planning to placement, your new smile begins.

On the day of surgery, our patient care team ensures you feel relaxed and prepared.
Most patients choose a gentle “twilight sedation” — a light sleep that eliminates anxiety and discomfort. Guided by your virtual plan, our surgeon places the implants with high precision.
Once the final implant is placed, we immediately connect your temporary full-arch teeth. You’ll leave with a fully functional smile that looks natural — all in one day.
