Stage 1:  Dental Implant Diagnostic & Treatment Planning with 3D Imaging

It all starts with 3D diagnostics imaging and custom tailored design.

1. After discussing your goals and oral health, we perform a painless, needle-free exam to evaluate your condition.

2. We’ll take photos of your mouth and existing teeth as our baseline record. Then we use our advanced computer program to virtually design and plan your new vitality teeth.

3. We welcome any old photos of the patient smiling, so we can recapture their natural smile characteristics.

4. Precise impressions (molds) will be made to help us plan your perfect Vitality teeth — in both function and form.

5. All treatment options, timelines, and costs will be clearly explained by our maxillofacial surgeon in residence — not a salesperson.

Virtual Surgical Planning

Every implant is digitally placed in advance to avoid surprises and enhance accuracy.

Stage 2: Advanced Digital Implant Planning

Every implant is planned before you step into the surgery room.

Every implant is planned before you step into the surgery room.

After your initial diagnostics, our oral and maxillofacial surgeon performs a virtual surgery using your 3D CBCT scan.

This advanced planning allows us to place each implant in the ideal location, accounting for your bone structure, nerve positioning, and sinus cavities. It minimizes surprises and maximizes safety.

Your new smile is also designed to match your facial shape, age, and ethnicity — ensuring natural aesthetics alongside structural precision.

Stage 3: Dental Implant Surgery & Final Restoration

From planning to placement,  your new smile begins.

Phase 1: Implant Placement & Temporary Teeth

On the day of surgery, our patient care team ensures you feel relaxed and prepared.

Most patients choose a gentle “twilight sedation” — a light sleep that eliminates anxiety and discomfort. Guided by your virtual plan, our surgeon places the implants with high precision.

Once the final implant is placed, we immediately connect your temporary full-arch teeth. You’ll leave with a fully functional smile that looks natural — all in one day.

  • Each arch takes approximately 3–4 hours to complete.

  • You’ll be able to return home the same day.

  • With twilight sedation, most patients wake up with no pain.

Phase 2: Final Impression & Computer-Aided Fabrication

After your surgery, we take digital impressions of your implants and use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) to create your permanent teeth.

These designs are then crafted using Swiss-made Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) equipment for a precise fit, high strength, and beautiful aesthetics.

  • This process ensures an accurate fit, reliable strength, and a natural look tailored just for you.

Phase 3: Delivery of Your Final Vitality Teeth

Your permanent full-arch teeth are securely attached to the implants.

Our prosthodontics expert makes final bite adjustments and checks fit, comfort, and aesthetics.

This is the moment your new smile becomes real — no more denture glue, no more discomfort.

You’ll receive clear verbal and written instructions for care, and our team remains available for follow-up and support.

  • Your final result is functional, aesthetic, and completely life-changing.

  • We help you transition smoothly into your new smile with confidence.
